WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING...
“We discovered the Villas at Killearn Lakes, a wonderful, brand new venue and upbeat paradigm model for Tallahassee that feels more like a cozy family home than a large nursing home or assisted living home. The kindness and compassion of the caring staff here is unsurpassed. The quality and specialized attention given to each individual resident is crafted to their specific needs and desires. I am so grateful to have found this new home for my mother. ”
“We refer to those that live at the Villas as Elders, not because of their age, but because they have so much to teach us. This is one way we honor their personhood.”

“I am so very thankful that we chose the Villas almost a year ago. You have all been so gracious, especially the Care Partners.”
" They really do an awesome job and we loved the difference between the Villas and the other larger facilities. I know my mom was happier during her respite stay at the Villa in her nice "house" instead of a big building that looks just like every nursing home. Also, we loved that she had the same few people taking care of her each day. She really got attached to them it was so much nicer to not have a crazy large staff and different people every day. Especially during this crazy pandemic time, it was so important to us that she had some familiar friendly people she could see every day. ~ Elizabeth Amrhein
"We feel so grateful to have found the Villas for our loved one! This is a new facility and the staff to resident ratio is excellent and by far the best in Tallahassee. The clean, caring environment created by the administration and the care partners is beyond exception! The open concept with the kitchen/dining/living area as the center of activity encourages safety and inclusiveness. And the added bonus is that the owners are local residents who have an investment in doing assisted living the right way. We cannot say enough positive things about this organization, thank you for taking such good care of our mom! ~ LD Miller
